Returns & Exchanges

At Alfie's Mission, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
